Somehow when I saw this combination I knew this was going to be a jam right here. Why? why would Omarion at his solo career height, excluding "Ice Box" (which was a goddamn hit as far as I'm concerned), enlist the diminishing talents of motherf**king ghostface? I definitely don't have the answers to that sh*t. The only adjective that comes to mind for this track is ill, this sh*t is ILL. THIS SH*T IS ILLL!!!. Now indulge me and let me list some of the dope stuff in this song...
- The sample in this beat is crazy. I would never use this sample. I wouldn't even think about it. I would be so wrong.
- Ghostface does a drake-style drawn out word! GHOST DOES A DRAKE MOVE!
- Ghost raps better than I've heard since Supreme Clientele. Full disclosure, I haven't really checked for ghost since Supreme Clientele.
- Come on now, this nigga said...
- "A hundred dollars for the floyd fight/ he better knock that nigga out tonight/ cause if not, I'ma take flight/ I paid the cable nigga, you gon pay the liiiiiiiights"
- Omarion is right in that in-between singing/rapping pocket. He's delivering this sh*t like he came up with the whole style.
- This motherf**ker O' said...
- "Buenas, noches/ Shades on, dolce/ Bronco, O.J/ Dead broke, no waaaaaaay"
At this point I am officially bootlegging this omarion jawn when it drops. Homeboy better not be lying, you better not be done omarion. On a side note, ghost has my favorite video ever.
